6/23/26 The BRICK Racing Team and Rowdy Motorsports aren't the only teams to make a big announcement today. Legacy Motor Club, which runs the 42 of John-Hunter Nemechek, and the 43, soon to be 45 of Erik Jones, has announced William Sawalich will pilot their new #46 car as the team switches to Dodge next season in alliance with Kaulig Racing.
Transcript from Jimmie Johnson: "We're so glad to have an amazing driver like William join the team. He's rocked the lower ranks, and now I think it's time for him to do the same in the Cup Series. And this can only move the team forward, right? We've already got our experienced driver [Jones], and some younger talent [Nemechek]. And now with William joining the team, who knows where we'll go."
