I'm still working on it. I wanna add more details. I drew a reference image to help. It was hard making him, since his face is complex and is hard to translate in 3D. I had issues with the hat clipping into the nose, and fixing the issure resulted in the front looking odd. But I managed to make it work. I modeled this with box modelling for the hat, face, hair, and some other parts. I "traced" the moustache with a plane, and for the nose, eye, back hair, and ears I used spheres. For the brim of the cap I used a cylinder, and for the teeth I used circles, cut them in half, and extruded them to get the 3D shape. There are so many techniques I used I can't even fit.
