There are already a lot of The One Who's Running The Show MAPs, but I desperately want to animate Bill Cipher with this song XD If I am copying anyone, it is completely accidental. FANDOM RULES: 1. There is a limit of only 3 parts per fandom. So only three parts in this MAP can be warrior cats themed, or WoF themed, etc. This is so there is a wider variety of fandoms. If you need a more thorough explanation, lmk because I'm bad at explaining things lol 2. No limits on the fandom! It can be from books, movies, shows, etc. 3. I'll allow a little bit of gore, but make sure it isn't much. 4. You are allowed to make the characters catified, or something like that. Just make sure they can be recognized. 5. You are allowed to add protagonists to your part, but make sure they are being tortured by the villain. 6. You are allowed to do comics from Scratch, but don't think that this is an OC map. 7. You can't do your own fandoms. I've already made two exceptions, but that's it. CLOSED FANDOMS: Gravity Falls NORMAL RULES: 1. Only 2 parts per person! 2. No transition between parts! It is hard to keep in when putting the MAP together. 3. If you are making a TNE, you can add a either a single villain from a fandom or multiple villains from multiple fandoms. The second option is preferred, though. You don't have to ask to do a TNE. 4. Anyone can join! From beginners to very experienced people! 5. You can do whatever you want for your part! If you need help deciding what to do for your part, lmk and I'll give you some ideas. 6. You can have up to two sprites. AND NO ANIMATING IN BACKGROUNDS!!! 7.
