Dendritic Cells activate T-Cells, which activate B-Cells and B-Cells release IgE antibodies which connect to Mast Cells and then the Mast Cells find the worm and release tons of nasty chemicals, and alert Eosinophils and Basophils. Eosinophils carry toxic and deadly chemicals which they vomit onto worms and basophils alert more cells towards the battlefield. And no, this not to scale.
