This teaches us that patience is more powerful than anger or force. Rather than yelling or lashing out at people, we can make peace and try to understand better. God teaches us to be slow to anger and quick to listen. [James 1:19] When you are persuading someone, it does not convince them if you are getting mad at them, because anger does not help or fix your problems. Instead, be more like Jesus and listen and focus to overcome obstacles. :D ╰► What does this verse mean to me? For me, this means that I can be more respectful towards my grandma and mom lol, because a lot of times I talk back to my grandma, and that will definitely not persuade her to let me have ice cream for snack :( ˋ°•*⁀➷ Song: Brighter Days -by Blessing Offor ˋ°•*⁀➷ Credits: ○ Google for bg ○ the Bible ○ God ○ Me :) typed out another yap dat probably made no sense
