I don’t support R0x, Duck Adam, or even Qwel atp, but I’m not going to stop playing the game just because of this situation. If I’m gonna quit the game, I’m going to need not only R0x’s side of story, but also Qwel’s, as we know she hasn’t spoken up about the situation. Dandy’s World has been a big part of my life and got me through some serious stuff, so it’s hard seeing not only the community fall apart, but also the game itself. I love Dandy’s World and I’m going to keep playing the game, but I agree that what the creators did is disgusting and I feel bad for the victims involved. Take Forsaken for an example, people still played even when the creator was exposed for being a creep (scratch won’t let me say the actual word), and did it take an unnecessarily long time to get him off the team? Yeah, it did, but he’s gone. This situation might play out like that, but it’s no certainty. I just hope that one day we can look back at this and think of it more like a rough patch, but not forgetting it. Whatever you decide to do now is completely valid, whether that’s leaving the fandom or quitting the game, it’s all up to you and no one is going to force you to do anything. It’s just hard for me to leave this fandom after two years, and all the game helped me through. So no, I’m leaving the fandom and I won’t stop making DW related content, but under no circumstances should you associate me with the creators.
