Each unit bears a different code number, signaling that they were initiated under Riaworki’s direct command—only deployed when threats escalate beyond standard control. Smarter than Berbale Drones and faster than Nova Units, they carry oversized energy rifles and move in tight, disciplined formations. Riaworki, much like the cold efficiency of Dober, remains dormant until trouble brews—then she activates the Troopers with chilling precision. When the Ghost Rangers set out to rescue Romero, Eleanor Frostbie, and Spectra Hauntred, the Mekka Troopers were sent to intercept, ensuring Frostwhisk’s grip remained unbroken. They mainly have different personalities; most obey their orders, but some have seen the cruelty of the mayor's ways, somewhat sympathetic towards them. The one sent after the Ghost Rangers is the same one who had caused Snarl to go into the ocean, and Swelai and he want their sweet revenge. Mass-produced following the events of Cryolinked, the Mekka Troopers were dispatched across sectors to patrol and prepare for the coming battalion assault. Commissioned by Mayor Frostwhisk and reinforced through Riaworki’s advanced augmentation technology, they possess the ability to see through invisibility and lock onto heat signatures, making them formidable opponents against stealth and evasion tactics. One of these is M-K 023, a Mekka Trooper who is a bit more cowardly and decided to fight alongside the Ghost Rangers. Although they were skeptical of it, he explained his name was Toris, and that Riaworki is cruel to many of the Mekka Troopers, earning his trust after he was able to block a blast from a Berbale Drone.
Credit to XialiFan14 Notes -These troopers are based on Mechamech from Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe -The reason why most Mekka Troopers are vicious is because of Riaworki's stress-induced outbursts -Riaworki modeled these after her toy robot, named Budd-Z, who will be in Magiworks Genesis as a voice and also be her close companion. Budd-Z also shares a rivalry with Corven(T-Dawk). He will be based on a concept design from Mechamech's drafts. -The ones that caused Cornelia and Thatcher's incident were 0045 and 0063, respectively.
