THE WITHERING ROSE . ORCHIDPAW GASPED WITH DESPERATION, her body collapsing with each step she took. Shoulders drooped, fur bristling, tail dragged on the ground. Her neck hang low beneath her shoulders and her fur matted, unlike her usual, slick and shiny fur. She panted, vision blurry. Twigs and leaves stuck out of her fur and paws, and dust covered her entire body. “H-help!” She had to find food, somehow. Orchid’s ribs showed through the thin layer of fat, and you could almost see the bones on her legs and face. Was this the end? She could feel her body crumple in the horrifying truth, eyes dull. This really was the end. She could only make out a pitiful whimper now. She stared pleadingly at the empty fresh-kill pile, eyes unbelieving. A strong gust of wind passed, almost knocking her over. Then, it broke. “WHY? WHY IS IT ME?” She yelled, her voice breaking in desperation. It took all of her last energy to scream out, “WHY ME, OF ALL PEOPLE? WHEN I HELPED… HELPED EVERYONE…” The inferno of anger burned into sadness and guilt, washing over her whole body. “I should’ve told them… told them they meant the world to me…” The last of her energy had burned out, and it was only pure desperation that fueled her. “If only I had become a warrior…” She sighed. “It’s all my fau-“ Her voice suddenly silenced. Every noise she tried to make became inaudible. Staring at herself in defeat, Orchidpaw fell to the ground. Her breaths slow and heavy, she slowly closed her eyes.
Ok in all honesty, I’m so sad Orchidpaw passed away ;-; I mean, it was only a few days since she had officially gotten her apprentice name + mentor, and then it kinda just… hit me :P I’m thinking of making a new character ?? And hopefully this one survives long enough so I can FINALLY. FINALLY use my designs I’ve been waiting YEARS TO USE. But then like… y’know, it failed. Cuz i realized those were TSS DESIGNS. LIKE SERIOUSLY YA’LLS. But they’re honestly so cute!!! The last two are generations designs tho, and I might make them into an application as well? Here’s the designs in the project. Please don’t take them, I spent a long time getting people to design these because I’m HORRIBLEEEE at drawing things. If you’re intrested in the designs / want to apply for ( maybe? ) an application with these designs and kits, I can do pings! Sooo yeah!
