Space/Click Wanted to make vectorised recreations of my C38 ho scale locos (3801, 3813, 3820, 3830) since I did something similar for my tangara and v set Fun fact: only four out of the 30 locomotives from the C38 class have been preserved. Those being 3801, 3813, 3820 and 3830, all of which I have IN MODEL FORM. So I literally own models of the only four preserved REAL C38s. However I didn't collect them in the numbered order, the order that I actually got the models was 3820, 3801, 3830, 3813. 3820 was the first C38 model my mum bought for me from Woodpecker Model Railways (3830 and 3813 were also bought from the same shop), but for 3801 there's a bit of a story behind it. So after getting 3820, I REAAALLLLY wanted to have a 3801, but I didn't know that a HO model of the famed aussie streamliner quickly sell out so my parents looked really hard to try and find one for me, which my dad managed to contact a man who owned a 3801 model and asked if we (me, my mum and dad) were able to collect it, and the guy agreed. However, the model itself was missing a few details like one of the front buffers having broken off or that the tender knuckle coupler was also broken, but I didn't care about those, I was just happy to have a 3801 HO model. Despite it being pre-owned, it was in pretty good condition
