Blitzen Panzer - Next Generation Impact This is our first NGI car. The NGI plan is for all Old Gen Blitzen cars that haven't been refreshed since at least 2024 will now be eligable for the Next Generation Impact Plan, which allows for all New-Gen cars to get the ability to use any type of powertrain they want; but they must stick to realistic standards and also must come with an electric, and hybrid version to go along with a petrol version.
