The House of Silver has officially changed it's name to the House of Silber, and in other news, Kral I of Ankara has died, leaving the throne to Kral II and Silvia von Silber, who have just had their first child, Irid von Silber-Ankara.
Doppelkönig Irid von Silber is indeed Kronprinz of Artichia, it is just everyone is listed with their highest ranking title. Kral II and Silvia are monarchs of Ankara which is within Artichia, and Irid von Silber-Ankara is heir to THEIR throne, not to the Artichian.
