THE SCP -SCRATCH CONTAINMENT PROJECT- SECURE, CONTAIN, PROTECT The entities were first encountered in an abandoned laboratory over in the coast of Russia. We shot sleeping darts at them, and safely transported them to the SCP. INFORMATION SUBJECT # - 001 SUBJECT NAME: 'SCRATCH' HEIGHT: 6'9" LOCATION: RUSSIA CONTAINED?: YES Day 1 We found all the cats to be sleeping at first. We recorded that their usual sleep routine follows: Sleeps at 9AM Wakes up at 11PM Day 2 Unusual sounds found their way out of the containment chamber. We tested what foods it enjoyed. Guess it didn't like foods in general. Day 3 The cats seemed to be deformed. I immediately reported this discovery to the head manager. Day 4 One "decided to quit". I don't know where it went. The head manager is very mad, I'll go search and then I'll write you all a P.S. P.S. It is now best friends with Test Subject 239 - the All-Doing Machine. I must say, it looks way better now! And for some reason, it's pale. DAY 5 A massive hole has shown its face to us. The entities are gone. SCP-239 and one of the Test Subjects have escaped. We have failed our mission, we did not successfully contain them, and many risks and hazards are sent to every end... of this world. Day 6 I decided to follow 239 and 001 specimen 4 into the hole. I found them and... AM I TRIPPING? THIS IS SO DAMN COOL! Sadly I'll have to wait for them to go back since I don't have a rope. Day 7 I'm back from the trance. Had a TERRIBLE nightmare of them jumping around. I finally got test subject 001-4 and put him in the chamber. While I was away, they started creaking on their own! I also got test subject 239 and patched the hole in the wall. Terry had an argument with him. 239 explained 001-4 wanted to go see the most trippy thing 239 could think of. It's still unreasonable to not display it on his screen, as he's usually very calm, co-operates with the facility and doesn't cause trouble at all. DAY 8 At 8:88, the 'Scratch' cats had a baby cat. Is this cat dangerous? Who out of the cats were the fathers and mothers? This baby seemed to be as functional as the other cats. DAY 9 Woah... The baby cat IS OVERGROWN. We gave it its own containment chamber and number - 889. It doesn't seem to creak much. We'll examine more.
