Neuvellon has placed it upon themselves to reaffirm the present blockade placed upon South Zamunda. 1. Felinitarian aircraft is allowed to pass through, affirmed by International Felinitarian Law (IFL). However, inspections of all aircraft are to be occur. Interceptor aircraft are to request for aircraft to land in designated areas within South Zamunda. 2. All felinitarian aircraft receive the same order of messages from interceptor aircraft, first, a request for an inspection is lifted, if the pilot remains unresponsive or actively refuses to an inspection, the interceptor aircraft will provide a verbal warning. Refusal to heed the warning allows the interceptor to fire upon the felinitarian aircraft affirmed by reasonable suspicion the aircraft is smuggling equipment, such as weaponry, which turns the aircraft into a military implement under International Felinitarian Law. 3. Any aircraft carrying no military equipment that were shot down will not leave the interceptor or the Neuvellonian military liable for war crimes, affirmed due to the felinitarian pilot refusing a conventional inspection or outright hostility that warrants the presence of weaponry on the aircraft. 4. Inspections are indiscriminate, country of origin does not matter. A felinitarian aircraft from Vespacia does not receive different terms or orders compared to an OCCP aircraft. Cooperation results in a faster process for all parties involved.
