This is my animal hospital oc, Stitch. They used to be a normal patient, but then got ran over by a car (ON PURPOSE) so he could be experimented on. Only on shift 20 does he reveal his true form. Shift 15 he reveals the form shown in this project. His true form is a 5 eyed cat which has 5 tentacles as the replacement of legs. It also has 5 paws. All body parts are ripped, showing a fleshy inside.
