Justin is a gal who worked on the LBSC and became #101 until he was bought for the Western Tramway and became #3 and was given parts from a withdrawal J70 0-6-0 tram engine (NOT TOBY) when the tramway closed in 1882 because of Bankruptcy Justin was bought for the W&S to become the Railways #2 when the W&S,S&M and the TK&E made the NWR Justin became North Western Railway #13 in 1987 she got into a crash and hurt her left eye so she needed an eyepatch Justin still works to this day pulling trains she is shy and loves quiet and peace whenever she can get some. She usually spends time with Thomas and Timothy the sister she loves dearly.
