My dad's going into open heart surgery tomorrow for a minor surgery in order to prepare him for a major one on Wednesday(this is all planned, thankfully). For some context, about 18 months ago, my dad had an aortic dissection(pretty much the main artery of his body started to burst and leak blood with every pump of his heart) and had a major emergency surgery. Now, we found out that there's a risk it'll happen again, so he has to go into another open heart surgery, so he'll be in the hospital for about two weeks while he recovers enough to stand. During that time, and for a while afterwards, I might be a bit more inconsistent for the time I'm on Scratch. I may be on a lot more some days, I may be off all day another time, I just don't know. So if I don't respond or post anything for a while this next month, you'll know why. Don't worry, he'll be fine. It just will take some time to recover. But it'll all turn out okay in the end.
