I'm really excited to share this little thing i've been writing because i've been hyperfixating on Creatures of Sonaria for a little while, and I finally wrote my own story for it! :D I've tried to stay true to the game's lore and the creature's canon abilites (i main Fellisio so i'm pretty pretty knowledgeable of how they work :3) I have had to take some creative liberties in writing certain creatures' personalities, as in the game all the creatures you meet are OTHER PLAYERS (+ a few NPCs but they don't really do anything but run away) So if your upset with the way i've portrayed any of them, take it up with the wall. (btw this ep is called crash test bc it's literally a crash test to see if this will do well or not) (The other episodes are way better i swear ;w;)

If not, i'll just keep it going on my own time, or on my alt, idk) Oh, also just so it isn't confusing to anyone our protagonist's pronouns are She/They bc i thought that would fit best, so don't be confused when they switch like they do :] Read ahead, just scroll when you're ready! :] Far away from here, in a world entirely different from ours, a creature laid nestled away in a small cave. Water lapped at the edge of the den, the cove smelled of fish and fur. The creature opened their eyes and she stretched out her cat-like body. Reaching out in a bow, she yawned and peered out of the little burrow. Nothing. Perfect. Sonaria was a dangerous place, carnivorous hunters and aggressive, scarred survivors everywhere. Anything would attack you, even herbivores would rip you apart to protect themselves. She took a single step outside, relishing the feel of the sandy grass under their paws. She trotted over to a grotto across a path of sand, a small pool lay in the center, always filled with crystal clean water to drink. She drank away. The crystals, mushrooms, and wonderful flora surrounded her, and the entire island. Flower Cove was possibly the most beautiful place in Sonaria. She lifted her head to the sky and let the heat sink through her skin. It was usually so peaceful and safe there. Until today. A large, magnificent creature strode towards her. It's majestic wings and harp-looking horns amazed them. That's what it was, a Laharpes. She'd heard of them, but never actually seen one. The Laharpes eyes drilled into her's from across the sandy path. The hair on the back of their neck prickled, and their whiskers twitched. "Hey there." She called. "greetings." The Laharpes said sourly. "Can I help you?" Our creature asked. "Yes actually.. you can." The Laharpes grinned wickedly. The fur on her back started to rise and her ears began twitching around for any out of place or dangerous sounds. "Have you heard of the bounty?" He asked. "Bounty?" She cocked their head; their wings were starting to get restless. "The bounty on the skull of any Fellisio." The Laharpes said, eyes burning into theirs, "Turns out your kind's become pretty valuable. She took a step back, their wings were flapping nervously now. The Laharpes grinned and took a step towards them. She took off and flapped with all she could to get away from the threat. The Laharpes jumped up and ripped a few feathers off their tail as she flew away. Miles away, our creature crashed down into an unfamiliar forest. She backed herself up against a large boulder and hid under a slab of rock. She curled up against the back corner of the little nook and tired to slow their breathing *Why is he after ME?* *Why is there a bounty on us?* *What did we do..?" She covered their body with their wings and tried to relax their breathing. After a few moments, the exhaustion from flying all that way overtook her, and she gave in the sleep. Next EP!
