Read this before you press the green flag. this is outside the RCFR sphere in PTMRF. The three spinning rings around the containment sphere are stabilization rings. this is in Sublevel 17 of PTMRF. Btw PTMRF has 20 Sublevels What is in Sublevel 20 will remain a mystery. Also not the thing that is coming soon.
