Leader @.flyrat Deputy @.Quint_ Medic Envoy ── ⋅ ── Role Responsibilities Clan admins: - Admins oversee everything related to their assigned clan. They manage studios, review and accept character applications, answer questions, keep allegiances updated, announce events, and help ensure roleplay remains active and welcoming. Admins work closely with the host/ceo (yours truly) to keep the world running smoothly. Helpers: - Helpers assist their admin with welcoming newcomers, answering questions, reviewing bios when needed, and generally helping players settle into the roleplay. They serve as an extra set of hands as the community grows. Leaders: - Leaders guide their clan both in-character and out-of-character. They appoint apprentices, add cats to the Circle of Mentors, organize meetings, oversee ceremonies, appoint deputies when necessary, and help move clan storylines forward while encouraging activity among their members. Deputies: - Deputies support their leader in all aspects of clan life. They organize patrols, coordinate hunting parties and apprenticeships, assist during events, and temporarily assume leadership duties whenever the leader is unavailable. Medics: - Medics are responsible for treating injuries, illnesses, and other medical situations within their clan. They oversee herb supplies, mentor future healers, and help preserve the natural knowledge passed down through generations. While respected for their wisdom, they are still active members of their clan and may participate in events whenever appropriate. Envoys: - Envoys are responsible for negotiating and connecting with the other clans. They are also commonly referred to as messengers or mediators. Their main job is to communicate and keep the peace between clans, and share news over the moons.
