Being less active won’t necessarily hinder your chances — hm, to be honest, generally im around a 5/10 when it comes to interacting with people ( only due to me having a lack of friends on here recently ), but fear not because I believe that managing will increase my activity quite a lot because it’ll give me something to do on scratch ✦. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? — if im going to be completely honest, it depends on my mood and experience with the person? if its a topic that really annoyed me i MIGHT get involved but thankfully im more mature than i used to be so that shouldn’t happen very often. in terms of personal online life, i tend to ignore trolls / haters unless i know them, but again, ive learned from a past experience and will likely just delete their comment or something ✦. What would you bring to our studio? What would you do to help? — leadership skills! positivity! encouragement! the basics. I’ll try and hold sunshine wheels ( or something similar ) whenever i can and when im in the right mood + motivation. in terms of helping, i can do pretty much anything you ask me to lol, including thumbnails and events. other little thing, im great at supporting and giving advice if that changes anything ✦. Is there anything that could get in the way of you managing? — hmm, maybe my anxiety? i can get extremely anxious and overthink a lot sometimes but i doubt I’ll drag the studio into it. one of my bad traits though is that i have trouble with backing down when I’ve already gotten into the drama. i also have trouble with staying motivated for long periods of time ✦. Do you have any experience? Both in real life and on scratch? — real life? eh, i held clubs back in elementary and did dungeons and dragons stuff as a dm, so that gives me pretty good planning skills already. online though, for sure! I’ve done tons of moderating and hosting roleplay studios over my almost 4 years on scratch. ✦. What differentiates you from other applicants? — if im being honest, not much! maybe my perfectionist / leadership skills but im not sure. those are pretty common from what i know ✦. Why do you want to manage? — recently both of my closest friends on scratch quit, so it’s been really hard to feel motivated to stay online, and I think managing can help with that quite a bit. i also would love to have another chat studio to support as an option, as I’ve been slowly inching away from gaehive. and to be honest ( i keep saying this lmao. ), i want to be more well known as well, and of course, managing can help with that too. ✦.
