"We are considering starting a space program, since everyone else is doing it. However, we do not have the money nor the adequate resources to do so, but we will soon. Material refineries are running at maximum efficiency, which will lead to development starting sometime in the next 8 (IRL) days. If development does start, it will take until late July (most likely) or early August to finish. It is important that development should not be impacted by external affairs.
