Idk.. Here’s a better explanation: When checking its face, look at the sides! If stitches are visible, then it’s an anomaly! Pictures really matter! If you see and check for the skin peeled or a question mark, anomaly! If you take too long, or check it in, then it will immediately take off its “face” and try attacking a patient (OR YOU!). To prevent this, apply bandages or just shut it out. Fun fact: applying bandages to the faceless anomsly suffocates it! So it will pass out. Throw it away. It’s an anomaly anyways! When you take too long to check in it’ll chase a patient with a scalpel in its hand. You’ll get this notification: Anomaly chasing a patient! (58 seconds) If you don’t make it in time, the anomaly will rip the patient’s skin off and replace its mask. Then it’ll exit, and leave you with a dead patient.
