Another note: If it technically was all in my style, it wouldn’t have vocals, but that is boring so I added them. No autotune was used. Only echo and reverb and volume changes. This is totally not my voice. If anyone asks, I did NOT do a singing voice reveal. Reason for each change: 1) D major instead of E major. E major is one of the 5 scales I cannot sing in for some reason, or I will gradually switch to another scale by accident and sing out of tune. 2) Lower octave I’m unfortunately stuck with a lower voice since I’m a male- 3) Voice has more echo, this is due to me not knowing proper reverb- 4) No guitar, I rarely use guitars, instead opting for synths and wavy pads. 5) In the second part of the drop, I instead say “kanashimi mo” copying the first part instead of saying the “mero i koi ni”. This is because I like repetition, even tho in the case of this song, it doesn’t really make sense. 6) Shorter length, I cannot sing in Japanese that fast, that being why it’s cut out. My songs are also just really short in general. 7) Drops are different, transitions are also different. That’s how I would transition. 8) Countdown in beginning, I think it’s a nice way to start it. I probably could’ve said the 4, 3, 2, 1, in Japanese, but I don’t know which counting system to use. 9) Ending is different. Instead of an abrupt stop, I usually play the beginning, but this time remove vocals, and fade out the song. (I forgot the fade this time tho) 10) Songs are more rushed. Not even joking, this one only took 20. But thats why its less quality. I also am stuck in China so I can’t record without background noise getting in..
