=====Main RP================================ «The New Islamic Republic of Iran» -Ever since the war with the United States, Iran had experienced heavy casualties, a weakened military, damaged infrastructure, and an unstable nation. The supreme leader of Iran, Mojtaba Ali Komeinei, unable to handle the unstable nation, resigned. Following the resignation of the Supreme leader from being the head of state, general elections were held across the nation, and a new republic took power in the state. Iran was now a true Islamic Republic, where Islam is the official religion of the state, while the nation was still technically a "republic", with the president as the head of state. Following the establishment of the "New Islamic Republic of Iran". Following the establishment of the new government, Sunni Muslims are also allowed to become members of the parliament. «Diplomatic decisions» -The New Islamic Republic of Iran sent messages to it's former proxies, demanding that they end the operations to try and enforce Shia dominance onto the Middle-East and cooperate with the civillians of Palestine, or Iran would cut diplomatic ties with them. The next diplomatic decision Iran made was to cut diplomatic ties with Afghanistan, with the justification being Afghanistan's very authoritarian government. «Military improvements» -Recruitment centers are opened across the nation, since the neighbors of Iran have become stronger, the Iranian president has decided to try and increase Iran's military budget and defensive capabilities. Iran also begins the production of new fighter jets and drones in many factories, and finally, many bunkers are constructed in the Zagros mountains for emergency refuge, such as a major war. =====Extra RP=============================== «Mojtaba Khomeinei's current status» -Mojtaba Khomeinei continues to be the religious leader of the Shias but he is no longer part of the Iranian government.
