a wonderful question. well, let's start off with what already has my phone number? uhm..... google and bark. if you're unfamiliar with bark, good. if you forgot what it is, it's a parent app that goes on your phone and can read your text messages (even ones you deleted) and do other stuff. I don't believe that these scammers got my phone number through guessing, but it a possibility. it could have also have been a mistake by someone else, typing in their phone number wrong then that got given to scammers. moral of the story, be careful what you give out and say, it might not seem as hidden as you think it is. you never know what information you're putting into that website will be public information or given to scammers, SO THAT'S WHY YOU USE TODAY'S SPONSOR, BlAh bLaH BlAh VPN! the moral of the story is don't give your phone number to google or bark or the wrong person, and stay safe online kids, there's people out there that would gladly do terrible things to you. you don't want that happening.
