His name is Vine, he is a NightWing/RainWing hybrid, and was hatched not too long before the volcano erupted. He was hatched during the RainWing venom experiments, so his parents hid his egg in a tree somewhere in the rainforest and abandoned him. He named himself Vine because shortly after he was hatched he got stuck in one. He's very stoic, and likes to keep to himself, but once you become friends with him his demeanor completely shifts and he's very rambunctious and talkative. Oh and he can read minds. He can't see the future though, nor is he an animus.
