So, here is my ideas about his design. As it's been said, swirls are the symbols that unite them in their designs, and their marks also have to tie them to their powers. So, what if the swirls and the time element is linked as seen on his haunch in my idea. The swirl forms a circle, and the hands are inside the circle it made, forming a make-shift clock. Other than that, I included an hour-glass shape of his fore-head and a bunch of swirly marks. I also tried to keep it consistent with the others' marks.
