This is the tut for this harness! (I used a template for the shape of the harness, but you can use anything!) ___________________________________________________ First, cut out the shape of the harness, I recommend cutting it out on fabric and felt. Next, you glue the fabric and the felt together* (you can use fabric glue or something similar). Then I used Velcro for the straps and then you decorate!
