1. Both sides will reunify the former central government as a council for the cooperation of the two states. 2. The Federation splits with the shown borders. 3. Both Terra and Kefeon retain a joint command comprising of a fifth of each nation's fleet for the defence of either or both nations should they be attacked. 4. Kefeon will provide humanitarian aid to Terra and vice-versa 5. Both nations will dedicate a portion of their industry to helping rebuild, militarily and economically.
