Their names are Sean (left) and Caleb (right) little info ig? Sean (he/him, 14) is a stuck-up, pretentious nerd who bothers Caleb constantly. He doesn't have any friends because nobody likes his attitude and Caleb isn't an exception. Caleb (he/him, 15) runs cross country and is sort of new in school, so he also doesn't have too many friends but he gets along fine despite his introverted personality. He and Sean don't know each other at all until their history teacher places them right next to each other in the hopes of getting Caleb to be less quiet and Sean to be less unlikable. They meet each other in the middle of the 1st quarter of their 9th grade year after Caleb switches his history class (which he's failing.) When he gets moved next to Sean after a week or so, his only hope is that he's able to ignore him and get his grade up. Naturally, Sean's inability to get a reaction out of Caleb (as far as he's concerned) forces him to shut up. That is, until they have three days left to do a group project that they'd been ignoring for the past week, which results in spending the time they have left on a three-day-long sleepover and getting to know each other (as well as the 2nd Triumvirate of Ancient Rome). They're friends after that or whatever I dunno.
