At exactly 8:07 PM NDT (EDT), construction has begun on a uranium enrichment facility, utilizing uranium traded from Novaskovia. At our builder's expense and time, it will take roughly 3-5 days to finish construction. Then, we will begin development on our space center. This will cause nuclear development to significantly slow down, but progress will still be made.
