this is bi-fi’s goal setting project! each week, starting on Friday, you can set a goal to reach by next Friday. this can be anything, from writing to self-care or even just a personal goal you’re working towards. to set your goal, comment what it is (if you’re comfortable sharing), if you’d like a mid-weekly check-in, if you’d like a check-in at the end of the week as well, and if you’d want to have an accountability buddy with anyone else in bi-fi! if anyone else is looking for an accountability buddy, you can comment on their goal <3 some tips for goal-setting are: - be specific! when you have clear ideas of what you’d like to accomplish, it is easier to measure your progress - consider feasibility. if it’s not something you can reasonably complete in a week, it might be a better idea to choose something you know you can reach while still striving towards that goal - don’t be demotivated if you’re not making as much progress as you would have liked! while it can be satisfying to reach your goal, each bit of progress you make matters <3
