Scans the screen with black and white backgrounds, and does some masking to make it transparent! (Original scanner by @nembence) Click the arrows to cycle between example images. “render alpha?” only draws the alpha as a silhouette with black being transparent, and white being opaque. Somewhere in 2024, I read some comment thread where @papipupepappa and someone else in the technical pen sub-community (I think @grandpasp2 but I could be wrong) were talking about making pseudo-transparent images, by scanning the transparent image with black and white backgrounds, then grabbing the difference. I wanted to try this for myself for a while, and the results are really cool :D
