[CLICK IMAGE TO ZOOM] INTRODUCTION: Hello everyone! Hart here, and what you're seeing is a very important announcement for PRA. One of our moderators, @-DuckOnDuty- (More well known as @Animation4life124) has recently retired and is in the process of leaving scratch. It has come to our mods attention that PRA isn't thriving as we wish it would, and we believe the best option is to bring more people to the team to level out the workload. In this project, you'll learn what we're looking form as well as a form to apply to be a moderator. You can feel out the form either by commenting of remixing this project. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Being an already-established member of PRA. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT! IF YOU HAVEN'T JOINED THE STUDIO YET, PLEASE DON'T APPLY. THANKS! - It is recommended (but not required yet) is to be at least 12 years old to signify maturity and responsibility! - You can have any art style, or any amount of followers! But we want people who are willing to be active, objective, and compassionate as part of the team. That includes regularly checking the studios we hold for PRA applications and the moderator chat! POSITIONS AVALIABLE: General Moderator - In charge of accepting applicants, answering questions, and seeing if members have more than 500 followers to request if they would like to be part of our Senior Member program (I'll get to that in a moment.) Event Coordinator - Hosts events at least once a month in projects like this one, such as VIP members and PRA's anniversary. Senior Member Coordinator - Managing senior members (members who no longer meet the criteria for PRA but would like to help out anyways) in a separate studio, and remove them from the main studio. WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4-5 MODS AT THIS TIME! That will double our current our mod team, with two GMs, at least one EC, and one SC. Also, all current mods are now considered senior mods, while ones accepted in this batch will be junior mods until further notice. Why? || 2nd role choice and why || Explain why || Questions/Other Due to Artfight, mods like myself are taking a semi-hiatus to focus on it. As a result, these applications will close on August 5th. All moderators will review and discuss the applicants, and results will hopefully come out in mid-to-late August.
