We stayed at a hotel last night. Here’s how the past two days have gone: Day 1: We drove to a flat, grassy, hill-covered place and camped. It was pretty warm, so I didn’t get in my sleeping bag until around midnight, and had it fully loosened. There was lots of life at this campsite, such as deer (in the distance) and fireflies and cicadas. Day 2: We got up in the morning and packed up, ate, and left. I took the picture for the thumbnail (and messed around with image adjustment settings). We arrived at a second campsite at around 9, set up fully, and tried to sleep, but it was too hot and too humid to sleep. This campsite, with a lot more trees, too was full of life, with frogs and something that sounded like ducks (might have been) and a lot of mosquitos. We packed up and drove into a nearby town and got a hotel. Our trip is far from over. Just thought I’d check in while I have internet. I’m not gonna go over contest prize givers, judge requests or entries until the end of the trip. Here’s my contest, which will be open for at least another month (as of writing this): https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1350474127/ ~ Please join! Currently (as of writing this), there are 0 submissions. It’s an anything contest, and you get bonus points for timeliness. As of writing this, because this is my first check-in, I’ll be removing 1 potential bonus point for timeliness. Check in soon, bye! -tthaumkid º\_(•-•)_/º
