YES I FINALLY MADE THEM!!!! lore: Percy use to bounced around multiple different railways and gained multiple overhauls from a few accidents they worked at at an industrial building more a few months before being sent to a workshop where they wear bought by sir tophem hatt and the rest is history personality: Percy is innocent and kind engine and finds it very easy to make friends fun fact: there really good at playing the calliope :) and my computer mouse died a third of the way of finishing them and between starting and finishing them i went to a steam rally :)
