Space to smash Neil is a southern elephant seal that lives near tasmania and is famous for causing chaos wherever he goes, mostly by smashing traffic cones. He does this so much that the police and wildlife conservation repeatedly try to get him out of the area by repeatedly hitting him with a stick or luring him with his favorite thing, a traffic cone!
