Press command to do a command. you can do /setblock just type /setblock then press enter! Now you can type if its ontop of the cat or below the cat ontop or below. then finally you can pick a block. your probably going to have to look in the code to find out how many blocks there are. Oh yeah! if you set "can be on fire" to false and the cat is on fire it will not stop him from being on fire until you do reset skin.
