About Bella: She acts like a normal player. I think she's a ghost player. She looks and acts like one. However, this means you can't hide from her. She CAN acess the barn roof, under the kittypet couch, and even the hidden beach. She is considered a rouge in the game. Her name is shown as B3l1a and her bio says this: A ѕｗｅｅｔ k͟i͟t͟. D̷o̷n̷'̷t̷ g̵e̵t̵ o̵n̵ h̵e̵r̵ b͠a͠d͠ s͠i͠d͠e͠ o͢r͢ e͢l͢s͢e͢. D̸o̸n̸'̸t̸ m̷e̷s̷s̷ w̶i̶t̶h̶ h̶e̶r̶ f̴a̴m̴i̴l̴y̴. M̷o̷t̷h̷e̷r̷?̷ Y͟o͟u͟'͟l͟l͟ w͟i͟s͟h͟ y͟o͟u͟ n͟e͟v͟e͟r͟ m͟e͟t͟ h͟e͟r͟. Bella! Come out and play! Come out and play, we can play all day! Bella! Bella! Your mother is calling! Bella! Bella! Your home is falling! Bella! Bella! Where have you gone? Bella! Bella! What have you done? The hunters! The hunters! They found your dear siblings! Bella! Bella! What will you do?" It's a story, I believe this and her bio hints to her being one of Mother's kits like the barn twins are believed to be. You can see her enraged form if you get everyone away from her, then say "WILLOW AND WISP ARE DEAD" in rouge team chat 10 times. If you send one back to the kittypet house, she will say, "I. f.e.3.l. h.u.n.9.r.y. t.0.n.i.g.h.t.". ALL PLAYERS RUN TO THE MOONSTONE. She calms down when she goes there and will go back to her normal form, back to the kittypet house. LEAVE THE GAME AFTERWARDS. She has no known abilities but be cautious if you see her regardless as we haven't learned much about her.
I recreated both her forms as best as I could. It's said in servers with her, Mother and the Barn Twins are more likely to spawn. She mimicks players and is logged as a player ingame but is NOT. She can use all chat, read rouge team chat and all chat, and talks like this: "H.3.l.1.0.". She first shows up at the kittypet house under the couch after you summon her and just sits there until a player comes by- then she'll step out and greet you happily. From my summonings, she shows up 10% of the time and only in public servers under 10 people. She NEVER appears in private servers, weirdly. She's a strange NPC.
