On July 6th, 2027, an unknown pathogen is spreading worldwide, causing a drop in population and an increase in missing person reports. We do not know the origin of this virus. Due to the situation, the Scratch Government has formed an alliance between the Turbowarp Race to help defend this country from the pathogen. If you encounter someone who is infected with the pathogen, you should quarantine them immediately before they are fully infected. If the individual has fully succumbed to the virus, you should defend yourself by all means. Use anything you have to stun and kill the infected. If the infected individual shows symptoms of unusual height and strength, you should run as fast as you can. If you cannot run, you should hide and hold out until military forces arrive. Keep telephone lines open for only military use and emergencies. If the infected individual begins to chant in an unusual dialect, cover your ears, as your eardrums may rupture and you may go deaf.
