The Khalkud have declared themselves the independent Sultanate of Khalkud marking the beginning of the Prěvna Civil War. The central tribes are raising an army and have called on all the other tribes to join them and are requesting Katphursiyan aid, but the message may take a while to arrive. The eastern tribes have moved to the centre joining the army. The northern tribes have told the central tribes they will be delayed, their waiting for Katphursiya’s response. The western tribes didn’t respond, they are negotiating with the Khalkud, but will only join them if they look like they’ll win.
