as of today, novaskovia will be building a smaller temporary launch base. Using a test above ground non-nuclear ICBM launch site we will be able to send up the NTR test rockets, Antares satellites and the Jupit manned and unmanned capsule until the main space center is done upgrades to the site will have to be made so it will take like two rp months cuz i got all the government construction workers on this so like 15 days irl
so far 2 workers have died by hyperthermia because they didn't charge the battery on their thermal jackets and 1 as died from jumping into a ice lake thinking it's funny and couldn't find the way back up
