I downgraded the OS to a Codenamed beta version of android. It's pretty much the same as jellybean. History: This android version was codenamed key lime pie, BEFORE it got renamed to kitkat. The next android version, 5.0, Also had a codename like kitkat did. It was called Lemon Meringue Pie, Before it changed to lollipop. However, after android 9, They stopped using those desserts for codenames. The Latest version with the dessert codenames are Android pie, or simply version 9. The versions with the dessert codenames are below this text. List of android versions with dessert codenames: 4.4: Key lime pie. They collaborated with Nestlé's kitkat brand instead of picking that name. Another thing is that Hershey's uses kitkat because Nestlé gave permission and rights to sell it EXCLUSIVELY in the US. 5.0: Lemon Meringue Pie. That's a lot of pie that you're gonna eat. /j 6.0: Macadamia Nut Cookie. HOW MANY COOKIES ARE THERE?! *off-topic question* 7.0: New York Cheesecake. Ahh yes. NY, WITH THE MOST POPULAR STATUE. MY FAVORITE. /j /j = that was a joke. 8.0: Oatmeal Cookie. Let's just guess they did the same thing as kitkat, but collaborated with OREO instead. Another thing is: AGAIN, HOW MANY COOKIES ARE THERE?! 9.0: Pistachio Ice Cream. I'm concerned about why this is the last version to use those names.
