~PROLOUGE~ SETTING(a neighborhood) CHARS(tween grian and teen pearl) Grian felt sick to his stomach as he clutched his hoodie while walking along a path to the biggest house in the cul de sac, he could hear the small humans talk and play around the neighborhood and saw 2 kids talk through the window. Pearl kept swiping her inky black dyed hair out of her face, she looked determined, but on the inside, she could never get over the fact that she was….one of them. Pearl was about to ring the doorbell when Grian said in a shaky voice, “d-do we have to throw away the life we lived? “ Pearl looked at him trying to think of words, after a minute she replied with “don’t be silly! Don’t think of it as throwing away our lives, think of it as an……new adventure, you like adventures!” “I guess…” grian replied, however, he knew deep down that this was ANYTHING but an adventure. Pearl knocked at the door, and the door was opened by a neatly dressed woman which was very happy to see them, “Welcome grian! welcome pearl! Jimmy! Come and welcome your new step siblings to their new home!” END OF PROLOUGE
And we got the story finally started! Now there isa couple of things I want to say, the first thing being about this being a comic, it was originally going to be a comic, but eventually I was procrastinating on the drawings and eventually got burnt out from it, so I thought of just making it a story! I’m sorry for changing the story mode like this. However I will make thumbnails like this story to set the setting!
