Lore (lol): basically after papyrus's head goes *Fart noise* you kick it aside. sans, walking to waterfall to the sentry station, sees the head and realizes what happened. papyrus('s head) convinces sans to believe in the human and yes this happens. also when sans says you'll have a bad time, you hit him before he teleports away.
