So a few things have been coming up into my mind recently: I need more iPods, I love this iPod nano gen 4 I just got working, and I should leave scratch. Yeah, you heard that right. Or, in this case, read. I’ve been thinking about leaving scratch in pursuit of, 1, happiness, 2, not being burnt out, and 3, other interests. I love the community on this website so much, but I am so burnt out from working on transformers models basically nonstop for 2 years. I like making modern CCU models but they feel so uninspired and like I’m just rehashing old, existing designs. Just look at basically any of my iron man models. And my Spider-Man I recently did, it’s basically Brand New Day Spider-Man. Deadpool is just the same as MCU Deadpool, Daredevil is basically the Born Again suit but with the Ben Affleck DD logo. My relatively realistic a Optimus is doing pretty well but it’s basically a modified version of a concept from the Bumblebee movie. Everything I make is uninspired and unoriginal. I’m tired of rehashing designs. I’m tired of the work I’m putting into these models that I’m not even happy with at the end of the day. I cannot look at any or my models without looking at the flaws and it’s extremely exhausting. And it’s not even those reasons that I want to leave, its also that I haven’t been doing well mentally and this place used to be a release from that but with me only being able to see flaws in my own work here anymore, it only makes me feel even worse about my skills. Now with that being said, it sounds like I am going to leave. It seems like that is set in stone. It’s not. I love this place. I love the community. I love being here. I just hate what I bring to it. I’m not leaving. But I will be going on a break from making models until I can find what’s in my best interest for them. I will not be releasing any models in that time. I don’t even know when I’m gonna go back to making models. I will still be available for voice acting. I will still be active. Just less active. You guys are the reason I’m not leaving. With that being said, I wanna talk about my newfound interest in iPods. OMG IPODS WERE SO PEAK WHY DID THEY STOP MAKING THEM T-T I recently got an iPod nano 4 without the black spot that works perfectly for 10 bucks. If you don’t know what the black spot is, it’s where the lithium ion battery expands and swells to the point that it presses the display into the glass, causing a black spot to appear. It means your battery has gone bad and is a fire hazard which is why it’s so important that you don’t have a black spot. Anyways, I recently put music on my iPod and I love this thing sm. It’s so light and so simple yet so very effective. See, apple? One of your most simple products is your best. Yes, you read that right. iPods are my favorite apple products. I NEED MORE. Anyways, that’s gonna do it for now. Cya, guys. - Tyson
