Slapstick is a concept that occurs in most classic cartoons. Animating it is not easy though, it's more complicated than setting up a mouse trap. (the mouse traps he is holding snaps on his finger) *screams* (Matthew runs and slips on a banana peel and crashes into the wall. He walks backwards and gets his foot caught in a bear trap) *screams louder, causing the chandelier to crash onto him* Doh! (slips on a skateboard and tumbles down the stairs) *screams* *as he is tumbling down the stairs* Ow! Ow! Ow! Oh! Ow! Ow! Oh! Oh! Oh! Ow! Oh! Ow! Oh Ow! Ooh! Owh! *a train runs him over, with the whistle blowing* *pops out of window* An indoor locomotive. What will I think of next? *train leaves* *walks up and hits Matthew with a sledgehammer* Oww!!! WHY DID YOU DO THAT?! I just wanted to make the situation more comical. *starts crying* Are you crying? Yes I'm crying, YOU HIT ME WITH A SLEDGEHAMMER!
