✩ press space for the next few paragraphs <3 ✩ this is the first short story i've written in a very long time so it's very much just a bunch of words thrown onto the page, but compared the the first short story i ever wrote i think i've really improved ✩ i tend to go quite deep with the emotions, like this was supposed to be something really lighthearted and it didn't stay that way so probs younger readers are going to miss it but there is a lot of subtext (hehe i love reading and writing subtext sm) ✩ the narrator is actually a boy jst because i really like writing characters in both genders, and this time i felt like writing a boy ✩ the paragraphs just before the ending are not the best bc i was really tired of writing when i was writing that, but the rest is pretty good (in my opinion) ✩ please lmk what you think of it in the comments, and i'll try to post more short stories on here too ✩ no copy and pasting any of my work, i have spent a very long time writing this and i'm sharing it here because i trust ygs not to copy any of it, so please don't ✩ word count :: 1887 words (written over the span of 2 days) ✩ happy reading!! <3
