Click the project for the formatting. 1st slide is the thumbnail format. The big number is which scene, text top right for the parts. The character names can be written big so voice actors can know if their character is in the scene without watching the whole thing. A doodle is optional but helps distinguish different scenes. Next to the character names is a circle which can be empty for not complete, half-filled for partial completion or full circle for full completion. This is an indication of whether the voice acting lines are recorded. The 3rd slide is an example of a colour indicator shown at the start as a key. (you don't need to add the whole colour indication for every character). This helps animators keep track of characters. In the case of characters being the same colour, you can adjust it slightly so it's distinguishable. Please colour co-ordinate the characters! I didn't for the first scene but afterward I realized it would be a huge help, especially for scenes that have many characters and action scenes. title is the following: [SB] Scene (#) Parts (#-#) SB stands for story board.
