✦ yakisoba art HUZZAH its Loki and Yato they're two OCs from COMPLETELY different universes but honestly I love them together sorry scratch unalived the quality </3 I feel like i'm lowkey getting better at ibispaint everyday! I love this bg lol I found it on their library of... stuff,,,, it was perfectttt why are they called yakisoba you might ask? well formally they are known as YatLoki, to fit in with the canon Loki ships (HuntLoki & JetLoki) BUT another ship name could be yaki and you know what else starts with yaki? YAKISOBA. AND ITS JAPANESE. AND YATO IS HALF JAPANESE. SO OBVIOUSLY WE CALL THEM YAKISOBA. anyway here is my yapfest 1) early sketch ignore yato's goofy arm </3 2) went over the sketch ignore yato's goofy fit </3 3) redone sketch I left it marinating for like 2 weeks before I remembered abt it lol so I redid it now its good. also we love yato in his "baggy" shirt and jorts. I was gonna make the shirt more baggy but I wanted to keep the jorts aura so. 4) lineart I moved yato's head down cus his neck was too tall. also now Loki has a MLP shirt and yato has an ATLA shirt. just seemed silly 5) just lineart GUYS HELP SCRATCH IS KILLING ITTT NOOOO </3 6) base colors I desaturated and darkened the my little pony logo so it would be EMO *gasp* Loki also has mlp colored bracelets & chains 7) rendered AWWW YEAHHH this took way too long, but i'm finding a style of rendering that I rly like. hopefully soon I can try making art w/o lineart !! 8) colored lineart ...... we don't talk about how long this took 9) colors yay idk I felt like it I really liked how it looked on the yato art 10) bg I stole it from ibis and edited it and then did a pixelated yatloki idk pretty basic stuff lol 11) extra :P idk they needed to be more silly ➜ credits music: speed drive by charli xcx bc that's literally them code/art/etc: (zoom in code by ) featured characters: Loki (left, purple) & Yato (right, blue);
